I had a stinky rotten night. I had spent part of the evening coughing but I only managed two hours sleep before I woke up. I went downstairs and sat in a reclining chair. I slept for another three hours. Looking back, I can only come to the conclusion that I paid the price for having a 3 course evening meal. We have mentioned before about the possibility of having the main meal at Lunchtime. This won't be practical on Angel Radio days (Tuesdays and Thursdays)but should be okay for the rest of the week.
We are putting the above theory to the test today. I had a good Lunch and a light meal this evening. I have waited two hours following the evening food before taking my tablet. There will be no more food eaten by me tonight. Just before I go to bed I shall take some more Gavescon. Let us see how that works. I shall report back tomorrow.
The weather though mild is very wet. I congratulate myself on being able to get the Saturday Papers during one of the few dry spells.
