It was a very dull day as far as the weather was concerned. Dry it certainly was but also cloudy. Despite this I was tempted to try walking to the Beach. After my last efforts of just over a week ago, I was keen to see if I still felt out of both breath and sorts. The good news was that I felt fine.
Otherwise all continues to go okay. Keep your fingers crossed, long may this continue.
