Still no response to my complaints about the new 111 service. For those of you living off the Island this number is coming to a place near you. From my own experience I would treat all the claims of politicians over this with skepticism. This is just playing a numbers game. Yes they answered my call within their time frame but they put me through a lot of discomfort by a poor analysis of the presenting problem. I intend going public wit this but at the moment I am thinking how best to do this.

I did this week see the Consultant who did the endoscopy in January. To give him his due he apologised for what had happened to me and said I had been remarkably patient. The good news though was that he had found nothing untoward. I was given what was described as an open appointment should I need to see him again.

Otherwise acid reflux still rears its head every 2 weeks or so but there are no stronger tablets I can take.
